Our review of the year 2009 is enhanced by the exposure of UK G Brown's 'British vahloos' 'road show' as a wasteful, embarrassing act of incompetence and ineptitude...as confirmed by reports. Those are, to begin with, in the Times and about 3 hours after we examined that, then published by the London Daily Mail group. We have now challenged both media groups to show courage and tell the truth and expose the wasteful scam Crossrail. [To be continued]

This is a scanned part of the AADHIKAR weekly founding masthead from Monday 19 December 1980. was designed by Muhammad Haque during the weekend of 17-18 December 1980. The ideas contributed towards the design included the one for the prominence given to the Bangladesh symbol Shapla. That idea came from the founding News Editor Shah M Azizul Haque who was deeply concerned about the need for an independent Bangladeshi medium to meet the needs of the community in the UK in 1980.
