KHOODEELAAR! is set to get active in elections in East London seats, next! To stop Crossrail hole plot against the East End...
0615 GMT 0715 UKTime London Sunday 13 July 2008: KHOODEELAAR! No to “Crossrail hole plot agenda …..” CAMPAIGN TOLD YOU SO! That the Blairing cliques on the London local councils controlled in the name of the former Labour Party by operatives impersonating ‘local councils’ are doing damage to the very local communities in whose name they abuse their positions.What does that abuse mean? For the communities, for individuals, for families in the boroughs affected? And a great deal of disservice, it means bad service. Or no service. How do they do so? How do these get away with misleading the ‘local’ communities? One of the persistent ways that they do it is by ‘taking advantage’ of the absence of active councillors on the same councils. As KHOODEELAAR! has reported for the past 55 months since our campaign against Crossrail hole attacks on the East End of London began [on 31 January 2004], the ‘local’ Tower Hamlets Council has been IN A STATE OF POLITICAL AND DEMOCRATIC MORASS in terms of an ‘elected collection of councillors speaking out for and representing the local community’. That morass is getting even worse by the week… Things are so bad that there is now no ‘official opposition’ on Tower Hamlets Council. Why? Is it because the existing ‘elected councillors’ who belong to allegedly [indeed as alleged!!!] opposition parties all set to ‘defect’ to the controlling ‘grouping’? Not as such. NOT Yet. But there is no opposition. No political opposition… Was that foreseen before the last ‘election’ held in May 2006? KHOODEELAAR! had foreseen that. But the ‘politically active opposition parties who were fielding candidates allegedly against the controlling grouping’ did not want to see the truth. They were also culturally hostile to the idea of a real campaign. They preferred to pretend to be radical, opposition and so on while in fact CRAVING to be in ‘position’…. And the result is that there is no NO POSITION… Politically speaking, democratically speaking, even aesthetically, linguistically, conceptually speaking, there is no POSITION on anything from any alleged opposition… on the Tower Hopeless Council…..Which is why the KHOODEELAAR! campaign is now considering one strategy, that of supporting named candidates at the scheduled council election due next in 2010 …[To be continued]

Crossrail hole Bill 'draft'-'writer' Tony McNulty now 'writes' to do away with civil liberties in Britain....

the CONTEXT of this commentary is the role that Tony McNulty played in backing the Crossrail hole Bill that was drafted while he was a minster in the UK Department for Transport in 2004-2005. The KHOODEELAAR! campaign is in defence of the community against further deprivation and it is also the constitutional law campaign against violation of fundamental human rights..... The evidence of the role that Tiny McNulty did play in backing the Crossrail hole plot assault on the community shows that he will also back the violation of other civil and constitutional al awl rights... By ALL accounts, his role so far has been to suppress and to deny civil liberties and this is why we are ruining this campaign of the current role that McNulty has been playing via legislation to make communities more deprived, poorer and alienated....

How closely linked to causing of criminal deprivation in inner cities is the anti-civil liberties ‘minister’ Tony McNulty?
Why is this question being asked?
The answer will be published in a series, starting with this one.
First segment of the answer is that McNulty is getting to a point where he will run out of the physical energy needed to repeat himself with any credibility on issues that require honesty and truthfulness beyond the ability of time-serving ministers in a Blaired regime.
McNulty has not ‘acquitted himself’ at all during his appearances today Friday 11 July 2008.
Neither on the matter of the results of the Haltemprice and Howden [East Yorkshire, England] by-election which has been won by David Davis [as announced by a BBC news channel early today when the BBC apparatus was manifestly sabotaged and or rigged in order to continue the BBC agenda of doing down David Davis on the issue of civil liberties]
By credibility, once again, I mean credibility as universally recognisable. Credibility as objectively defined and applicable.
Credibility as defined in effect in the key and the landmark judgements cited on issues of veracity, transparency and truthfulness by universally positively cited and citable jurists and commentators.
Credibility as based on reasonable and transparent evidence.
Tony McNulty has not demonstrated any of those.
And McNulty’s utterances on the current situation in the country, as he made those utterances via the BC and Channel 4 News [fronted this evening Friday 11 July 2008 by Krishnan Gurumurty who 'interviewed' McNulty] were lacking credibility in a big way.
What has ‘any’ of it to do with the role of parents, schools and so on?
Because that was what he was saying!
Yet on scrutiny, on examination of what he uttered apparently positively about the role of parents and schools and so on, it would appear that Tony McNulty would have backed the dissing of parents and schools if in the appropriate context THEY were to be presented before the Government as demanding Govt support.
Especially parents. And communities in which parents exist and survive. Exist and fail. Or succeed.
Here is the man who has been doing the rounds before any committee, any number of ‘state approved’ persons for any number of weeks now spouting out the need to deny people rights that have formed the core structure and framework of constitutionality as far as they have been associated with Britain.
No matter how blatantly these same have been violated by the racist British imperialists in Asia and Africa, the FACT remains that IN Britain, those values have been very hard won. Very hard fought for.
In the world generally and in the era of ‘post-British colonialism and of the new-western imperialism of which British empire revivalist’ are very actively engaged, ALL the crises that get anywhere near resolution do so by the parties agreeing to abide by some of the very same core values that I have referred to.
Those are enshrined in the Universal Declaration of human rights in the late 1940s at the outset when the United Nations was being founded [upon the ashes of the League of Nations].
No matter what the thugs who often control the ‘power’ at the UNO that now exists, even those thugs have to recognise the UNO’s founding principles and values. Albeit in name. Even they know that without those values providing the foundation of the UNO, the world ‘order’ will indeed collapse.
McNulty has been unable to reconcile his role in attacking those core values with his career need to appear on these TV slots.
I shall of course discuss Jacque Smith’s absence from all these slots and forms in due course. I shall examine Jacque Smith’s role as I see it from the inner city East End of London, in series of pieces that I shall dedicate to her role in the context of her appearances of being a another happy face behind Harriet Harman….
Jacque Smith holds the office of Home Secretary at present.
It is the Home Department that Tony McNulty is installed as a minister in.
He is the minister that has been deployed to justify the current series of attacks on civil liberties, due process, constitutionality, human rights and basic entitlement to justice that Gordon Brown is being sued by undisclosed forces to mount.
The role that McNulty has been assigned or the role that McNulty has found for himself in the task of promoting the anti-freedom legislation is the closest one that could be found in any UK administration that has existed since Margaret Thatcher left office. This is the one that is the first one to be engaged in implementing what Margaret Thatcher meant by ‘there is no such thing as society’
McNulty and civil liberty society do not mix.
And McNulty’s every utterance, his every physically violating [or is he getting tired and tiring?] gesture against any questioning of his role, shows that the man may be ‘clever’ as an alleged PR front [see his laurels sung this week by PR WEEK] but he appears to have no common sense let alone conscientiousness.
Not in the quantity that he mist have if he is to be regarded with respect as a minister of ‘ the Crown’.
It may be OK for the PR industry to peddle McNulty as a professional. Even as a short-term success, as they see it.. But in the realm of sense, to speak of justice, to address the ills that the state creates in society and regimes pile up against people and where the task is to provide a just and fair remedies for the ills in society Tony McNulty cannot be rated a success.
This is worrying.
How anyone in control of putting McNulty forward as the face and as the ‘debater’ for Gordon Brown’s programmes defies belief…

And McNulty’s every utterance, his every physically violating [or is he getting tired and tiring?] gesture against any questioning of his role, shows that the man may be ‘clever’ as an alleged PR front [see his laurels sung this week by PR WEEK] but he appears to have no common sense let alone conscientiousness.
Not in the quantity that he mist have if he is to be regarded with respect as a minister of ‘ the Crown’.
It may be OK for the PR industry to peddle McNulty as a professional. Even as a short-term success, as they see it.. But in the realm of sense, to speak of justice, to address the ills that the state creates in society and regimes pile up against people and where the task is to provide a just and fair remedies for the ills in society Tony McNulty cannot be rated a success.
This is worrying.
How anyone in control of putting McNulty forward as the face and as the ‘debater’ for Gordon Brown’s programmes defies believe…

As compared to the Tory Julian Lewis, whose understanding of the situation in the Middle East and whose competent addressing of the linguistic components involved put Lewis miles ahead of the Lib Dems Brake....
Now, why is that significant?
Because it was this same Brake who had BRAYED for Crassrail while he was the Lib Dems' spokesperson' on transport in the House of Commons...
And the role Brake performed for the Big Business CRASS rail plot was based on no evidence. It was therefore based on the secret and the undemocratic and the unethical lobby ‘powers’ deployed by Big Business to ‘pocket’ the MPs....
And as Brake showed his comparative ignorance of the subject of ‘Muslims’ ‘Islam’ and “Islamophobia’ [this word itself is a racist one - let no-one EVER say it ‘intending’ to mean they are being respectful of the human rights of those that they claim to be ‘defending’] this week, so he had displayed his PROFOUND ignorance of the matter of transport in London, in England and of the context ......
On the occasions that he either spoke or issued the odd news statements peddling Crossrail, Brake brayed like a bribed stooge in parliament...
He may not have been bribed, literally!
We have not seen any documentary or otherwise Judicially admissible evidence for saying that.
Just as we are not able to show any actual documentary or legally admissible evidence that Mike Ghastly Gapes was bribed ..
But the braying for Crossrail that Mike Ghastly Gapes performed was just a decibel or two above that performed by Brake.
The screeching for CRASS rail that had been done before Brake took over as ‘transport’ by Lynne Featherstone had been as obscene, as ignorant and as immoral.

That ‘chair’ has said that objectors to Crossrail who are not impressed by the behaviour of the CBSCHL should seek redress in the courts!

Every time the parliamentarians are observed in 'action'. as they have been as they supplicated to Big Business agenda and Douglas Alexander-linked lobbyists for Bechtel USA, the poverty of the MPs became very clear... the Embarrassing ignorance, cowardice and amorality of the Peers became unmistakable....
Packed as they often are as stooges for the ruling cliques and for the dominating cabals that constitute the present [and the 'contemporary' British] Parliament, the ‘ordinary’ members in the House of Commons are as much hostages to the forces of institutionalised, legislative wrongdoing, greed and mass corruption as they are also personally pitiable and undeserving of any claim to legitimacy....

For DECADES, Ken Livingstone has BACKED the programme of dismantling the essence of public sector housing... What we know to be ‘council housing’.

The Conventions have been violated by the Secretary of State at every crucial point.

How is it possible that Churning fake News [=’Channel Four News’] has been able to flaunt both the Crossrail hole plot-tout Ken Livingstone and the universally guilty Tony Blair among the ‘short listed’ for political awards? Time to scrap Jon ‘Slow’ Snow and his corrupting Churning Fake News programme
Whenever channel four news boasts about itself, it flaunts the face of Jon ‘slow’ Snow, as if his image is somehow synonymous with ‘accuracy, immediacy, relevance, integrity, accountability, transparency, truthfulness, courage, investigation and ethics and morality…’!
Or may be they flaunt his face in idle ignorance of any of the above criteria which I attach to what should be a news programme on a ‘channel that I helped to found’! The truth of the matter is that I had feared that the ‘much-needed fourth TV channel’ that we were arguing for in the 1970s, might turn out to be yet another corrupting TV outlet for the organised gangs of crooks that wear ties and brag about their having 'gone to' the same gangster schools called ‘public’ schools and so on…
It was inevitable that I had to start campaigning again - almost immediately after Channel Four began broadcasting at the beginning of the 1980s - against the criminals that the [fourth] channel began to employ In the 25 years or so since the corrupting channel came to being, things have not got better as far as the peoples’ right to have truthful TV station or programme is concerned. Channel 4 in fact became identified as the Porn Channel and as if to prove that the BBC was no better than the Brothelliser, Corrupting corporation, the discredited, lying outfit then hired Michael Grade, ‘the Pornographer in chief' [as the Daily Mail was able to label him] as the BBC’s 'salvaging chairman!

to a point that this evening [Thursday 10 January 2008], the ghastly ‘news’ programme featured ken the CrossRail hole plot-tout as one of the 'Channel 4 News programme's ‘short listed’ political awards nominees! including none other than Tony Bliar himself shown as being a ‘nominee’ for the award covering an entire decade….
and this on the very day when news broke of Bliar’s having been employed by yet another war-mongering, pro-nukes outfit, paying Bliar a reported one million dollar per year for a few minutes’ presence on their board a month….. what c4 news should have concentrated on, instead of parading the Bliar as if he had done no harm to the world. here was a man who took part in the causing of and in the justifying of the murders of uncounted numbers of innocent people in Asia ….. and Jon slow was parading Bliar as the first face on the so-called short listed 6….
if Gordon brown had not unintentionally exposed ofcom [in the past few days] as the corrupt outfit that ofcom itself is [brown hired as his spin doctor ofcom’s former boss], I would almost certainly have called for ofcom to investigate the churning fake news itself!

And Brown should have been subjected to the overdue scrutiny on each and every single one of his assertions as he made those to the undeserved promotion of Andrew Maar and the BBC. That post would have existed if we had an accountable, assertive Parliament in the UK. Gordon Brown is abusing the position of Prime Minister just in the same way that Tony Blair did. And the abuse is going to get worse during this year. Appearing on the Andrew Marr Show, which is in fact the courier of the same baggage and garbage of propaganda that was stinkingly foisted on the viewing public/people with the over-oiled face of David Frost.. It is clear that if there has been any change after Frost vacated that slot which now flaunts Andrew Maar as the occupant] it has been for the worse. Gordon Brown has been able to make utterances on it that no self-resetting 'national' [meaning central UK] constituency in a 'world class' [!!! more on that crass slogan so fanatically promoted by Brown's 'new mate' the 'undone mayor' Ken Livingstone] should put up with from such a facile and banal occupier of No 10 Downing Street… Gordon Brown may not have been told this by his courtiers yet. But he is in danger of becoming ridiculously incredible unless he stops making these appearances.. to a point that this evening [Thursday 10 January 2008], the ghastly ‘news’ programme featured ken the CrossRail hole plot-tout as one of the 'Channel 4 News programme's ‘short listed’ political awards nominees! including none other than Tony Bliar himself shown as being a ‘nominee’ for the award covering an entire decade….
and this on the very day when news broke of Bliar’s having been employed by yet another war-mongering, pro-nukes outfit, paying Bliar a reported one million dollar per year for a few minutes’ presence on their board a month….. what c4 news should have concentrated on, instead of parading the Bliar as if he had done no harm to the world. here was a man who took part in the causing of and in the justifying of the murders of uncounted numbers of innocent people in Asia ….. and Jon slow was parading Bliar as the first face on the so-called short listed 6….
if Gordon brown had not unintentionally exposed ofcom [in the past few days] as the corrupt outfit that ofcom itself is [brown hired as his spin doctor ofcom’s former boss], I would almost certainly have called for ofcom to investigate the churning fake news itself!
no wonder that when Jon slow began to ‘interview’ john Hutton, Gordon brown’s nuclear minister, there was hardly any substance to the stock phrases that slow included in his routine… [to be continued]

Big Business Crossrail hole plot is CrossRail. Now it is getting to be derided as if it is CURSED rail!
As if the ‘Undone mayor’ Ken Livingstone’s insidious scheme is a measure of serious flaws in the very thinking, the very manoeuvrings of the once ‘prudent’ ‘economics’ man Gordon Brown
That is the view of one writer published this morning by the Daily Telegraph group in London. Ineptitude is what Gordon Brown is being accused of. And excess costs. Linked with CrossRail. The writer says there is a much better and more economic solution available ….as compared with the costs and the irrelevance of CrossRail!

Coming later on today [8 January 2008] in the Muhammad Haque daily ethical commentary on Gordon Brown the examination of the following aspects of the uk premier who has already given the phrase ‘British vah-loos’ a precariously dubious identity….
How is it ‘British vah-loos’ to attack the people pushed into involuntary poverty and deprivation BY Brown’s own administration? How is it ‘British vah-loos’ to maintain discrimination and violate the ethical aspects of peoples’ rights while deriding the targeted people undergoing these assaults for not showing enough initiative? What initiatives does Gordon Brown in office at no 10 Downing Street, recognise as being consistent with his appreciation of ‘British vah-loos’? How is it that there are increasing numbers of ‘British’ people who are being pushed into rotting existence due to the failures of the state, the failures which Brown has been significantly reluctant to see in time ? Or see at all? How can Brown claim to know what any ‘vah-loos’ are when he is the prime minister who has been found with no acceptable explanation for the financial disasters that have come to light, not to speak of the robbery of peoples’ privacy contrary to their universal human rights? How is it that so many items of evidence in Gordon Brown’s behaviour since he officially assumed the tenancy at No 10 Downing Street London SW1 in 2007 have been cited by the entire spectrum of ‘mainstream media commentators’ to support their derisive conclusive about Brown’s competence [etc] and not one of those items has been acknowledged as being remotely to do with Brown’s clouded collusion with the CRASSRail hole plotter Ken Livingstone? How long before these commentators agree with an echo the Khoodeelaar! dissection of Gordon Brown’s seriously ill-advised and unjustifiable hype for the Big Business CRASSRail? And does Gordon Brown really understand the implications of What he is desperately letting himself in for? I mean, does Gordon Brown really have the democratic ability or the moral legitimacy to really take on people who care about and selflessly defend the environment?

’Difficult decisions! ‘Tough year 2008’! Gordon Brown again promoted Andrew Maar to the de facto post of a platform which should have belonged in the Houses of parliament. And Brown should have been subjected to the overdue scrutiny on each and every single one of his assertions as he made those to the undeserved promotion of Andrew Maar and the BBC. That post would have existed if we had an accountable, assertive Parliament in the UK. Gordon Brown is abusing the position of Prime Minister just in the same way that Tony Blair did. And the abuse is going to get worse during this year. Appearing on the Andrew Marr Show, which is in fact the courier of the same baggage and garbage of propaganda that was stinkingly foisted on the viewing public/people with the over-oiled face of David Frost.. It is clear that if there has been any change after Frost vacated that slot which now flaunts Andrew Maar as the occupant] it has been for the worse. Gordon Brown has been able to make utterances on it that no self-resetting 'national' [meaning central UK] constituency in a 'world class' [!!! more on that crass slogan so fanatically promoted by Brown's 'new mate' the 'undone mayor' Ken Livingstone] should put up with from such a facile and banal occupier of No 10 Downing Street… Gordon Brown may not have been told this by his courtiers yet. But he is in danger of becoming ridiculously incredible unless he stops making these appearances.. I am going to do the scrutiny of four of his key utterances as made via the Andrew Marr embarrassment called the interview..
